Training
When I train dogs they are all treated as individuals...
there is no protocol that is used on all dogs. Training varies according to the dog and will be treated accordingly, some dogs will be ready and accept training at 8 months old, some will not be ready until they are a year old. Also during the training period each dog is evaluated, patience is the key to successful training.
I have training facilities to enable me to prepare the dog for all eventualities and situations encountered in the shooting field and for field trials. There is a rabbit pen to train for steadiness, ponds for water work and woods a natural shooting environment.
